Increased Maximum Membership Tiers
You can now create up to 15 membership tiers in your loyalty program, increased from the previous limit of 5 tiers.
This expansion gives you more flexibility to design sophisticated membership structures with finer granularity between reward levels, helping you better segment your customers and create more targeted incentives.
Store Credit Expiration Reminders
You can now automatically remind customers about expiring store credits through Klaviyo email campaigns.
- Automated expiration notifications: Customers receive timely reminders when their store credits are about to expire, helping them use their rewards before losing them
- Multi-currency support: Store credit transactions now properly handle different shop currencies beyond USD
- Enhanced Klaviyo integration: Improved reliability and performance of customer data syncing with Klaviyo for better email marketing automation
This update helps improve store credit redemption rates and improves customer engagement by keeping rewards top-of-mind before they expire.
Store Currency Support for Custom Action Rewards
We've improved how currency formatting works in your custom action rewards:
- Store currency default: When setting up custom action rewards, you can now leave the currency field empty to automatically use your store's default currency instead of defaulting to USD
These changes ensure your rewards display in the right currency for your customers and provide a smoother experience when viewing loyalty program details.
Store Credit Expiration Email Reminders
You can now automatically send email reminders to customers when their store credits are about to expire. When you set expiration dates on store credits, Angle will now:
- Send reminder emails 30 days before expiration
- Send another reminder 7 days before expiration
- Send a final reminder 24 hours before expiration
These reminders are sent through your Klaviyo integration and help reduce lost store credits by keeping customers informed about upcoming expirations. The feature works automatically with all existing expiring store credits and any new ones you create.
